Project Manager

This position will coordinate and manage eCommerce projects, deliverables and timelines to ensure client satisfaction, quality and profitability. The Account Manager will be a trusted partner in the customer’s site and marketing needs; building and maintaining Brand Labs existing client relationships. This is a detail-oriented role that requires fantastic project management skills and the ability to manage client expectations through proactive communication.

  • Manage the delivery of the project, assuring customer satisfaction and project profitability
  • Assign and monitor task completion and status
  • Coordinate estimation efforts for projects
  • Grow client accounts
  • Lead internal teams through all phases of project delivery
  • Manage project scope
  • Schedule meetings, formally document meeting minutes and action items
  • Lead kick-off meetings for each project phase
  • Monitor and control project execution for on-time, on-budget delivery
Requirements / Desired skills
  • Ideal candidates should possess 3 years of experience managing people, tasks, and clients

  • Develop and cultivate leads from multiple methods for inbound and outbound leads
  • Manage entire sales cycle: identification, appointment, presentation, negotiate, and close

PHP Developer

Programmer with PHP skills.

  • 3-5 years experience in developing web applications
